Marketing Manager (Limerick, Ireland)

 

Keeper Solutions is an international software services firm with a global reach. Its head office is located in Limerick, Ireland, with service delivery centres in Croatia, Costa Rica, Serbia, Romania, Poland and Russia. Keeper employs 80 people across several countries, with blue chip clients that span funded startups, fast scaling technology firms and enterprise level businesses. Their primary markets are in Fintech, Medtech and Cleantech. The company expects to double its workforce in the coming 12 – 18 months. Keeper Solutions is currently seeking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to support their international expansion in the US, UK and Europe.

 

Role Overview:

 

Reporting directly to the CEO, Keeper seeks to hire an experienced marketing manager with excellent communication skills that can support two sides of their growing business. The chosen candidate will not only be helping to deliver measurable international business growth and lead generation, but will also support the talent acquisition teams and internal communications. 

Keeper’s offering is deeply technical, and this role is ideally suited to a B2B marketing person with a minimum of 5 years experience, with a background in financial or technical markets. This role is based in Ireland but supports flexible, work-from-home hours. Some time in the Limerick office will be required, approximately one to two days per week. This is a hands-on role that also requires strategic vision alongside the ability to execute and analyse. The marketing manager will be responsible for marketing budget and management of support partners. Occasional travel to Dublin, or to Keeper’s overseas offices, may also be required. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution in international markets.
  • Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition tactics for audience building.
  • PR and social media management in line with the overall company strategy.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog and social channels that attracts and converts our target groups with a strong focus on fintech and medtech audiences in the US.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in setting up and optimising paid LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and written communication.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
