Utilising Keeper’s Fixed Price Managed Service

AccountsIQ was the first client to engage Keeper Solutions on the Fixed Price Managed Service offering. This is an ongoing engagement model best suited for companies with a consistent stream of work over an extended period. We had designed this offering specifically with the likes of AccountsIQ in mind. The service seeks to find a pragmatic balance of risk between the provider and the client. Based in Dublin, AccountsIQ found it very difficult to find developers locally. They had prior experience in engaging with development service providers with mixed results. When AccountsIQ approached Keeper in 2015, they were looking for a software development partner that could provide access to a high-quality outfit for an extended period of time. This unit would work alongside, and complement, their own Dublin-based team.

Keeper quickly built up a highly skilled core team of C# developers and QA from their newly established based in Varazdin, Croatia. Keeper Solutions initially put together a team of 8 developers.

At the beginning, the work packets were relatively simple and this proved a valuable way for both parties to establish trust and to get tasks completed. Over time as trust, knowledge and capability has grown, AccountsIQ has allocated increasingly more complex tasks. This has enhanced the value of the partnership significantly.

Keeper’s developers are now heavily embedded into the overall development division and made to feel like part of the team.
