About Owen Ó Súilleabháin
On the night, we were thrilled to invite Celtic Musician and Storyteller Owen Ó’Súilleabháin to share some of Ireland’s mythology through storytelling and song. Owen told the legend of the Salmon of Knowledge from the river Boyne whose powers bestowed onto Fionn MacCumhaill led him to be the wisest person in Ireland as well as the greatest warrior. Owen then invited the room to discuss what trust meant to them and following a discussion some profound explanations came from our guests. We enjoyed Owen’s beautiful rendition of wild Mountian Thyme and Van Morrisons’ Crazy Love.
